We strive to sell high quality products that we want you to enjoy however we realise the for one reason or another you may need to return your purchace and you have a legal right to cancel your contract within a period of 14 days after the day on which you receive the product. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep an item, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition with all tags, and in their original packaging.

Unless the items you received are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised or made to order goods

To cancel a contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to:

  1. Email returns@cxsport.ie to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a returns reference number.
  2. Mail your return item to:

  3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt, along with your returns reference number, all returns MUST have your returns reference number stated on the letter.
    If you cancel your contract we will:

  • refund you the price you paid for the item(s). However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
  • refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of an item within [3-5] days at one cost but you choose to have the item(s) delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
  • make any refunds due to you as soon as possible
  • If you have returned the item(s) to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the item(s) in full.
  • We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
  • Your returned This cancellation policy does not apply in the case of merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way. If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour, provided it has not been worn, used or altered.
